Mingchu Tang is a Lecturer in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at University College London. His academic research focuses on compound semiconductor optoelectronic devices including lasers, detector, solar cells, etc. He is an expert in epitaxial growth of III-V compound semiconductor materials grown on III-V and Si substrates with 10 years of molecular beam epitaxy growth experience.
